Open Society Foundations – Western Balkans (OSFWB), in cooperation with the Hellenic Foundation for European & Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP) and the Cooperation and Development Institute (CDI) had the privilege of organizing the 2023 Tirana Civil Society and Think Tank Forum (CSF), within the larger Berlin Process framework. CSF itself is a process that fosters constructive and inclusive dialogue among civil society representatives, public authorities, EU representatives, financial institutions, and other stakeholders from the Western Balkans and EU member states.
